Well here I am again. I have tomorrow off from both jobs so I was hoping to get in touch with the owner of the home in Whitewater to hang out and do some EVP work. We plan on re-investigating on July 1st and reviewing on July 2nd. I want to give the spirits the opportunity to understand that we DID hear them. I have always wondered if they believe us when we say we will be able to hear them, after all we do not respond when they do say something. Rarely do we do a second investigation, since the clients are satisfied with their results. This way if I hang out there they will be used to me and realize I heard them and maybe they will be more open.
Our client in Whitewater is gracious enough to allow us in as many times as we want and with the results we got we WANT to LOL!! We have even discussed allowing other paranormal groups in. I have been rethinking that after asking a member of a former group I belonged to, to listen to the EVPs we captured. The first thing he said was "yes there is a definite male voice, were there any men there?" Yeah hey good question, but THAT GROUP TRAINED ME!
When we conduct an investigation we set up our quad camera system. The quad has no audio so we then place a voice recorder in each room that has a quad camera. We also take a night vision cam into each room we do a session in which provides video and audio. We then take 2 voice recorders into the room, besides the first one we placed unattended, the quad for video, and the night vision cam for both. I can see and hear what everyone is doing.
The EVPs that were captured ONLY showed up on one of the recorders. As I said, one is placed near the quad cam and the other two are side by side. Now how would it be possible for a human voice to only talk into ONE recorder? Also since I was trained in EVP by their then "EVP Specialist" who told me if it shows up on more than one recorder it should be suspect.
We had several that were audible through the computer speakers with no enhancement and not needing headphones.
Several were crystal clear through the headphones, yet barely audible through the speakers. I think we gathered an enormous amount of evidence in a very short period of time. I have been doing EVP for many years now and I was trained by one of the best. I really have a problem with other groups that are just not open minded, I mean why are they even doing this if they don't believe in the other side?? Are they only doing this to try to debunk any sort of evidence? If so they are not true paranormal investigators in my eyes.
I believe people are sensitives and psychic. They have learned to use what the universe gave them. One group I belonged to discounted them, another group relied on them. Our group has a happy mix. We accept them and they help us to corroborate our evidence. Many times they hear responses prior to our reviewing the evidence. They give us their notes and we check it with our evidence.
Our EVPs are genuine. I have reviewed many hours of recording and video to make sure they are genuine and that NONE of my investigators are talking or whispering. Not to mention every EVP was in response to a direct question.
